HOT HULA fitness® is an exciting dance workout. It provides a "total body workout" in 60 minutes. HOT HULA fitness® isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms. Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, HOT HULA fitness® incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout.
Who can attend this class?
All ages and fitness levels will enjoy HOT HULA fitness®, however, our typical age range for our class is 12+ years and older. New students and dancers of all levels are welcome. This is a work out and conditioning class. Movements are broken down and explained so all students can feel comfortable.
What do i need for class?
Comfortable clothes to move around in (for instance, jeans are not recommended)
Pareo/sarong/skirt is not required but is definitely ok!
Waterbottle
A face mask would currently not be required, but you are welcome to wear one
Students will be barefoot, but if you need shoes or other footwear that gives support, you are welcome to wear them.
